Digital access and final sales
TheIsleMinimap plans provide digital software access and a license key. After payment is confirmed, access is supplied immediately by making the license and Windows download available in your Account Portal and sending an access email.
Once that digital access is supplied, the sale is final and payments are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Squad Quarterly and Squad Monthly plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel through Billing in your Account Portal by choosing Manage or cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves access active until the end of the period already paid for.
Payments for the initial period and completed renewals are non-refundable once access for that period has been supplied. Cancel before the next renewal date if you do not want another charge.
One-time purchases
Squad Lifetime and Solo Lifetime are one-time digital license purchases. They are non-refundable after the license and download access have been supplied. “Lifetime” or “perpetual” describes the license term while the purchase remains valid; it does not guarantee that every external game version or online service will remain available forever.
Problems with your purchase
The no-refund rule does not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. If paid access is not delivered, is materially defective, or is materially different from its description, open a support ticket so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law. We may first offer a repair, replacement, corrected access or reasonable troubleshooting where appropriate.
Changing your mind, not using the license, incompatibility caused by ignoring the published Windows requirements, or canceling after a renewal does not create a refund entitlement. Giveaway and complimentary licenses have no purchase price to refund.
Support and payment disputes
Contact us by opening a support ticket from your Account Portal or emailing . Include the plan, payment date, payment provider and a clear description of the problem. Do not include card numbers, bank details, passwords or authentication codes.
Please contact support before opening a chargeback so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the problem. A chargeback, reversed payment or legally required refund may suspend or revoke the license associated with that payment. Any refund that is required will be returned through the original payment provider and payment method; provider and bank processing times may vary.
