About the service
TheIsleMinimap is an independently and privately operated digital software service offered online internationally. It is a companion for The Isle: EVRIMA Gateway and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Afterthought LLC. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 to create an account or use the online services. If you are at least 13 but have not reached the age needed to consent or enter a contract where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and permit your use and authorize purchases. A parent or guardian who gives permission accepts responsibility for the minor's permitted use and purchases.
You must provide an email address you control, keep your credentials and license key private, and not misuse another person's account or attempt to disrupt the service. Support tickets are for genuine requests about TheIsleMinimap; please do not submit passwords, recovery codes or payment details. We may restrict an account used to abuse or compromise the service.
App licenses
An active license key grants its assigned account a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to run the current TheIsleMinimap Windows app on one installation at a time. A giveaway key must be redeemed to the winner's account with a confirmed email address before activation. Adding Squad access creates a separate license and keeps an existing Solo Lifetime license on the account; it remains available if Squad access ends. The owner may request a Solo Lifetime gift transfer through a support ticket. Support must approve and complete the transfer to a recipient account with a confirmed email address, removing the previous owner’s access and device activation. Other transfers require our approval. The key remains confidential and must not be published, resold, shared between accounts or used to bypass device limits.
A license may be perpetual or time-limited as shown in the account. “Perpetual” concerns the license duration, not a promise that every online service, game version or feature will remain available forever. We may suspend or revoke a license obtained through fraud, chargeback, unauthorized sharing, technical abuse or a material breach of these terms. An administrator or the account owner may reset the active installation; activation then requires the key again.
The app verifies the license online at startup and periodically while it is open. Internet access is required for activation, continued authorization and updates. If access is purchased as a subscription, it remains dependent on the provider reporting the subscription as paid and active. Cancellation normally leaves access available through the paid period shown in the account; suspension, expiration, refund, dispute or failed payment may suspend the related license and active installation.
Paid subscriptions
Squad Monthly and Squad Quarterly include four separate licenses: one for the subscriber and up to three assigned to friends through Account Portal > Licenses. Each friend needs an account with a confirmed email address and must accept the invitation on their Licenses page. All four follow the same paid subscription period; accepting later does not start a new period. The subscriber can remove or replace a friend, which revokes that slot’s previous license and device access. Refunds, payment suspension and expiry affect the licenses supplied by that subscription. Separately owned licenses are unchanged. Squad Lifetime and Solo Lifetime include one license each.
The available plan, price, currency, billing interval and any trial are shown before Stripe-hosted checkout. Stripe calculates and collects applicable tax when automatic tax is available for the transaction, and the final amount is shown before payment. By confirming with Stripe, you authorize the displayed payment and, for recurring plans, future payments according to the checkout terms. Digital access is supplied after confirmed payment. Acceptable use and ownership
Do not interfere with the website or app, attempt unauthorized access, probe or bypass security or license controls, reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it, distribute malicious code, scrape at a harmful rate, or use the service to harm other people. TheIsleMinimap software, website design and original assets remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These terms do not grant ownership of them or of third-party game content and trademarks.
Availability, accuracy and responsibility
Map labels, locations and feature descriptions can be incomplete, imperfect or outdated. The app depends on Windows, network services and a separately provided game that can change without notice. Updates, maintenance, security work or events outside reasonable control may interrupt features. Perpetual access describes the license term while the purchase remains valid, not guaranteed operation of every online service or compatibility with every future game or operating-system version.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without promises beyond those expressly stated, and TheIsleMinimap is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from unavailable or inaccurate map information. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, liability, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Changes, suspension and contact
We may update these terms when the service, providers or legal requirements change. Material changes will be identified by the updated date, and continued use after notice may require acceptance of the revised version. We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, payment reversal, a material breach, security risk or unlawful use. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, payment records and lawful limitations, continue to apply.
